Passport Fair

Come to our Passport Fair! This event is led by the United States Postal Service. 

What you need to bring?

Evidence of Citizenship: 

• Fully Valid, undamaged US Passport (may be expired)
• US Birth Certificate
• Consular Report of Birth Abroad
• Certificate of Naturalization
• Certificate of Citizenship

AND...

Primary Photo ID: 

• Valid Illinois State Drivers License
• US Government ID (Military ID)
• Valid Foreign Passport
• U.S. Permanent Resident Card
• Tribal Cards

Secondary IDs (2 forms if unable to provide Primary ID)

• Out of State Driver's License 
• In-state, Fully Valid Non-driver ID
• Out-of-state ID 
• Social Security Card
• Employee/Student ID

CHECK OR MONEY ORDER

• 1 Separate Check to the Dept. of State
• 1 Check payment to USPS

Routine: 6-8 weeks

• Passport: $130
• Passport Card: $30

Expedited: 2-3 weeks

• Expedited Fee: $60

USPS Fees: Check

• $35 Processing Fee and $15 Photo Service
